Costa Rica Entertainment – Nicole Menayo was crowned Miss Grand Costa Rica in September and is currently competing in Asia for Miss Grand International, a competition second only to Miss Universe.
Nothing can stop her. In her first days there she suffered an unknown allergy but it was treated at the hospital and she continues on her way to hopefully winning. She has also had to overcome the cultural barrier, new foods and new customs. One example she gave is that she noticed the Asians tend not to be as talkative and emotional as she and her culture are.
She’s been there, in Burma, since October 5th going through the various phases of the competition. While the results are given only at the end and not after each round, she is confident in her performance. There is a contest on Facebook where the ladies get points for likes and shares of their pictures.
She is very excited about the experience and feels focused and determined. She praised the organization of the event that has really catered to the ladies and maintained great structure.
