Costa Rica Travel – Volaris has announced that a subsidiary will soon operate in Costa Rica, as it has received the certificate of air operator from Civil Aviation.
The permission allows it to operate from December 1st onwards.
This company is well known for ‘ultra-cheap’ prices. The Mexican airline already operates in other parts of Central America and the Caribbean, such as Guatemala and Puerto Rico.
The company estimates that in its first three years there are to be between 18 and 22 aircraft connecting Costa Rica with other Central American and Caribbean countries.
The launch is significant and will lead to increased and better services in the country and region.
Volaris will increase flights and Costa Ricans will be able to enjoy low fares, only paying for additional services if needed.
