A home surveillance camera captures a clothes dresser toppling onto two-year-old twins, and the two harrowing minutes that followed as one of the boys, who was able to free himself easily, finds the strength to move the toppled dresser that is pinning his twin brother to the ground. TODAY’s Carson Daly reports from the Orange Room.
