World News – I know I should not laugh but I thought this was pretty funny, obviously not for the woman behind the counter.
Brett Sanders was ticketed for going 9 miles per hour over the speed limit and thought he did nothing wrong.
He took the ticket to court and lost the challenge.
He then what all of us think about doing but don’t and went to pay the ticket in pennies.
I probably have the same anger problems as Brett but don’t have the cojones to do this.
I know this happened a little over a week ago but I still cannot believe that it really happened.
