Costa Rica Entertainment – For the second year in a row, Teletica will not broadcast Miss Universe.
Elena Correa represents Costa Rica in this, the world’s top beauty pageant and we will miss out on seeing her performance.
The contest, taking place in Las Vegas, will not be broadcast on Costa Rican open television because it coincides with the end of the fourth season of Dancing with the Stars Costa Rica.
Since the dates of Miss Universe vary, it has been complicated to organize broadcasting it, especially with so many other events like the Gold Cup, Confederations Cup, the start of the National Championship and pre-election coverage.
Teletica’s presidential advisor stated that they hope to soon make arrangements so that the event can be seen on channel 7 or 33 in the future.
As of now, only Fox is broadcasting the famous event.
