Costa Rica News – (Surf Report September 9th & 10th) – We are going to give you the surf forecast for Costa Rica and we have Costa Rica surf pics. This weekend might be a good one to relax with your girlfriend or boyfriend. There are going to overhead sets coming in on the Pacific side and smaller sets on the Caribbean side of Costa Rica. North Costa Rica & Central Costa Rica & South Costa Rica Forecast for the Pacific
FRIDAY: SW swell builds to it’s peak late in the day. Look for mainly shoulder-head high to slightly overhead surf. Standout spots see plus sets late in the day.
WEATHER/WIND: Light/variable wind in the mornings. Onshore flow builds to light/moderate levels in the afternoons. Thunderstorms are likely and keep in mind that passing or nearby showers and thunderstorms can temporarily affect/change local wind conditions.
Friday 09/09 – 4-6ft – shoulder high to 1 ft overhead occ. 7ft – SW swell continues to build – peaking late.
Saturday 09/10 – 4-7ft – shoulder high to 2 ft overhead – SW shifting SSW swell tops out.
