North Costa Rica & Central Costa Rica & South Costa Rica Forecast for the Pacific
FRIDAY: Blend of short period S and WSW swell for knee-waist high surf at exposed breaks Thursday with a few chest high waves Friday. Overall, pretty mixed up and jumbled, but the beach-breaks may have a decent wave to pick off around the highly variable winds/weather
WEATHER/WIND: With general low pressure troughing over the region, unsettled weather with periods of heavy rain and variable wind is on tap. Wind is expected to be generally unfavorable onshore through this week with best chance at lightest/favorable winds in the AM hours. Thursday morning is looking OK with less favorable morning winds likely for Friday and the weekend
Friday 09/29 – 2-3ft+ Knee to chest high – Small WSW/S swell mix. Longer period SW swell begins to show in PM.
Saturday 09/30 – 2-3ft+ Knee to chest high – Small S swell and longer period SW pulse builds in.
