Costa Rica News – (Surf Report July 8th & 9th) – We are going to give you the surf forecast for Costa Rica and we have our beautiful pictures of girls in bikinis. If you are in the mood for fun to huge waves this is a weekend for you, there are going to be fun waves on the Pacific side and expect some double overhead sets to roll in on the Caribbean side of Costa Rica. North Costa Rica & Central Costa Rica & South Costa Rica Forecast for the Pacific
FRIDAY: Small southerly swell mix prevails and most breaks will struggle to get past waist high, while semi protected spots will be even smaller and marginally rideable at best.
WEATHER/WIND: Light/variable wind in the mornings, light+ to moderate afternoon onshores for the afternoons.
Friday 07/08 – 0.6-0.9m+ Knee to chest high – Old SSW swell leftovers. New Southern Hemi forerunners builds.
Saturday 07/09 – 0.6-0.9m+ thigh to chest high – New South swell continues.

Moderate short period wind waves from the east-northeast rising slightly later in the next few days. Light and variable southwest winds until Saturday and switching to the north-northwest. Moderate short period wind waves from the east-northeast holding during the early part of next week. Light and variable west winds later and switching to the north-northeast.
Friday 07/08 – 2.4-2.8m – 1m overhead to double overhead – Moderate mid period swell from the east-northeast holding during the day. Light and variable west winds all day and switching to the north-northwest.
Saturday 07/09 – 2.1-2.4m – Head high to 1m overhead – Moderate mid period swell from the east-northeast falling slightly during the day. Light and variable west winds and switching to the north-northwest.
