Costa Rica News – (Surf Report July 15th & 16th) – We are going to give you the surf forecast for Costa Rica and we have our beautiful pictures of girls in bikinis. If you are in the mood for fun waves this is a weekend for you, there are going to be fun waves on the Pacific side and the Caribbean side of Costa Rica. North Costa Rica & Central Costa Rica & South Costa Rica Forecast for the Pacific
FRIDAY: Reinforcing SW swell fills in on top of old SW swell with waist-chest high surf at exposed breaks. Top spots most wide open to the SW angle see larger sets in the shoulder-head high range at times. Note that breaks more tucked away and shadowed on the more ‘westerly’ swell will be smaller.
WEATHER/WIND: Light/variable wind in the mornings, light+ to moderate afternoon onshores for the afternoons.
Friday 07/15 – 0.9-1.2m+ waist to shoulder high occ. 1.5m – SW swell continues.
Saturday 07/16 – 0.9-1.2m+ waist to shoulder high occ. 1.5m – Old SW swell eases, while new long period SW swell forerunners build in the PM

Moderate mid period swell from the east-northeast falling later in the next few days. Light and variable southwest winds and switching to the northwest. Small mid period swell from the east-northeast holding during the early part of next week. Light and variable west winds later and switching to the northwest.
Friday 07/15 – 1.2-1.5m – Shoulder to head – Small short period wind waves from the east-northeast holding during the day. Light and variable west winds and switching to the northwest.
Saturday 07/16 – 0.9-1.2m – Knee to shoulder – Small short period wind waves from the east-northeast holding during the day. Light and variable west-southwest winds all day and switching to the north-northwest.
