North Costa Rica & Central Costa Rica & South Costa Rica Forecast for the Pacific
FRIDAY: SW swell continues with chest-head high surf and slightly overhead sets. Top spots are running up to a couple feet overhead on the best sets/peaks. Small shorter period Southerly windswell and minor tropical swell from Linda mix in. Surf may be slightly jumbled/disorganized.
WEATHER/WIND: Look for calm to light offshore wind early to trend onshore through the mid mornings (depending on location), before a moderate onshore sea-breeze gradually develops through the late morning into each afternoon (a little stronger for some areas, lighter for others).
Friday 09/11 – 1.2-1.8m – Shoulder high to 0.3 m overhead occ. 2.1m – SW swell continues. Small shorter period Southerly windswell and minor tropical swell mixing in.
Saturday 09/12 – 0.9-1.5m – waist to head high occ. 1.8m – SW swell fades. New SSW-S swell moves in. Small shorter period Southerly windswell mixing in.
