Costa Rica News – (Surf Report March 7th and March 8th) – We are going to give you the surf forecast for Costa Rica and add in some pictures of beautiful surf girls in bikinis. This weekend is pretty nice on both the Pacific side and on the Caribbean as both side are expecting shoulder to head high waves. This is actually the nicest it has been in the Pacific side in a while as it has been quite flat. We have also added surf video from Playa Hermosa, Costa Rica. North Costa Rica & Central Costa Rica & South Costa Rica Forecast for the Pacific
FRIDAY: SW swell and WNW swell mix peaks with more shoulder-head high plus surf for good breaks and better sets at top spots.
WEATHER/WIND: For most areas, look for either calm to light offshore winds for the early mornings. Then a moderate SW/WSW seabreeze gradually develops over the mid to late morning hours and into each afternoon. Possible evening glass-off for some areas before dark. Only a slight chance of showers/thunderstorms in the PM especially.
Friday 03/07 – 1.2-1.5m – shoulder to head high – Mix of SW and WNW swell. Bigger sets in the slightly overhead zone for better exposed spots
Saturday 03/08– 1.2-1.5m – shoulder to head high occ. 1.8m – More WNW swell shows at exposures as SW swell holds
