Costa Rica News – (Surf Report August 21st to August 22nd) – We are going to give you the surf forecast for Costa Rica and we have our beautiful pictures of girls in bikinis. Are you ready for another great surfing weekend in Costa Rica? Expect some fun size waves coming in on both the Pacific side and overhead sets rolling in on the Caribbean side of Costa Rica. North Costa Rica & Central Costa Rica & South Costa Rica Forecast for the Pacific
FRIDAY: SSW swell peaks with waist-shoulder-head high surf at good exposures.
WEATHER/WIND: Light/variable to light offshore wind in the early to mid mornings, before a light to moderate onshore sea-breeze gradually develops through the late morning into each afternoon. There’s a good chance for the wind to back off in the evenings for a clean-up before dark at many locations, especially the more sheltered/tucked away spots.
Friday 08/21 – 0.9-1.5m – waist to head high – Modest SSW swell peaks.
Saturday 08/22 – 0.9-1.2m+ waist to shoulder high – SSW swell eases.

Small short period wind waves from the east-northeast rising slightly later in the next few days. Light and variable south-southwest winds, Increasing later and switching to the northwest. Small short period wind waves from the east-northeast holding during the early part of next week. Light west-northwest winds, winds dropping rapidly later and switching to the north.
Friday 08/21– 1.5-1.8m – Head high to 0.3m overhead – Small short period wind waves from the east-northeast holding during the day. Light and variable west-northwest winds with smooth seas all day.
Saturday 08/22 – 1.8-2.1m – Shoulder high to 0.5m overhead – Moderate short period wind waves from the east-northeast holding during the day. Light west-northwest winds with a slight chop, Increasing later.
