This weekend there is a fun swell on the Pacific side and the Caribbean is looking at some overhead sets coming in, so if you are looking to surf both sides of Costa Rica are kicking this weekend. FRIDAY: S-SSW swell sets up waist-shoulder-head high surf at good breaks.
WEATHER/WIND: For most areas, look for light/variable winds for the early mornings. Then a moderate SW sea breeze gradually develops over the mid to late morning hours and into each afternoon. Possible evening glass-off for some areas before dark. Chance of showers/thunderstorms in the PM. .
Friday 04/04 – 0.9-1.2m – waist to chest high occ. 1.5m – Fun size S swell
Saturday 04/05– 0.9-1.2m+ waist to shoulder high – S-SW swell mix
