It’s just that Avenue 0 has become known for sex, drugs and violence. The nightly party in the area destabilizes the sector.

Cameras in the area show people doing all sorts of embarrassing and illegal things in the surrounding area.
People are seen running, urinating, falling, fighting, driving the wrong direction, having vehicle accidents, and using marijuana, cocaine, crack, K2 and just about any other substance that can be burned or inhaled.
The Municipal Police and Public Police stroll the area and there are many security cameras in place.
Still, because of the amount of bars in the nearby “La Cali” area, it’s advised to avoid the streets there at night.
