Costa Rica Real Estate – The Santa Ana Country Club will be ready before we know it.
Seven Costa Rican companies have come together to develop the complex, which is located near Pozos, next to Route 27.
The development is expected to be completed by the third quarter of 2018. It will be in front of Villa Real. It’s a $50 million investment. It will compete with the country club in Escazu as well as Cariari and Castillo.
It will be built on an 8-hectare site. 10% will be used for the facilities.
The remaining 90% will be destined as green areas with trails and outdoor recreation spaces friendly to the families and environment.
Members will find spaces for recreation, health, sports, entertainment and even study and work areas.
There will be tennis courts, a gym, a multipurpose area, semi-Olympic and children’s pools, soccer fields, a spa, yoga areas, bars and restaurants.
