Costa Rica Entertainment – The registration period to participate in the Miss Costa Rica 2015 contest has wrapped up. The girls invited to participate will receive a call by today.
Karina Ramos is ready to pass on her crown in July to the new winner.
The call will indicate the day they are to show up at Channel 7 in La Sabana for the next round.
It will be sometime this month. Last year 60 made the first cut while only 40 passed the in person hearing.
Many excellent candidates were found this year. Some had become well known through Facebook pages but there are also a handful of new girls, faces we haven’t seen.
Some of them might really have a shot.
The rules state that girls can compete multiple times but not two years in a row. So we won’t see last year’s candidates.
All contestants will need to sign paperwork stating that they have not participated in photo shoots that could risk the image they will have as a country representative.
