Costa Rica News – A new smartphone application will allow users real-time information related to the seismic activity going on in Costa Rica.
This app was launched by the National Seismological Network

It’s called RSN and is available for both iPhones and Android. After downloading the program you will have instant access to earthquake information.
It will include map and list features. The most recent earthquakes will be color coded by their magnitude.
Green means less than 3.5 Mw, orange is for 3.6-4.9 Mw, and red means 5.0 Mw or greater.
The map shows earthquakes of the past week, while on the list you can search for earthquake information by date.
The app will also give an account of recent news on the subject.
