Costa Rica News – When I heard the prices people pay for gyms here in Costa Rica I decided to find another hobby!
Thankfully, there are now many outdoor mini-gyms that are available to the public.
These are located in many communal parks and they are available to anyone in the public for free. They can be used for simple exercises and even for more complicated routines for the advanced.
It is recommended that one always warms up prior to doing a workout and stretches after, in order to avoid injury.
These machines are similar to the ones found in gyms, so many people already know how to take advantage of them.
The machines are recommended for those aged 12 and up. Make sure to stay hydrated while working out and use sunscreen if you are using these outdoor gyms in the day. Wear comfortable sportswear and appropriate footwear.
