Ghosts & The Supernatural – The home that he lives in, is in an area that was once known as Strawberry Manor. The home is now called New Avalon. At this home they found a newspaper dated 1901 and they found a penny dated 1901. Yes, this home is very old. The home used to be a bordello and at one time used to be a frat house. The occupants of this home follow Celtic and pagan beliefs. The occupant feels the home is on a leyline and they believe that they opened up a portal that allows elementals and fairies to enter their domain.
Ron also says that he can sometimes think of something and he will get his answer from the TV. He once had an action figure from the Simpsons universe of characters and it said: “I’m sorry that your leg will have to come off!” There were some people in his home at the time and one of those people had a very sore leg and was complaining. When he complained, the action figure talked with the “I’m sorry” sentence. It was like it was telling the person, there is nothing to worry about and to take things on a lighter note. Ron says he also has time traveling dreams. The dreams take him to past years of this house. For example, he can have a dream that takes him to the 1920s and he can see who is living in this house at that period of time. The house sometimes listens and may strike out at a person. For example a guy who said he was no longer using meth, was lying with this statement and an angel statue in the backyard was struck by a pendulum and the angel struck the person that was lying. The angel smacked him in the head, causing a severe injury. To balance out the energy of this home, the occupants made a ring of stones that have a mathematical equation designed into the pattern. The stones are a miniature Stonehenge.
THE INVESTIGATION / THE ACTIVITY:
It didn’t take too long for things to get started. Shadow figure was seen on the right side of the house. Xandean, Christina, Justin went to the side of the house with me and we did an EVP session and captured a Class A EVP that is a female voice. The female voice says: “My sister’s sleeping.” Abigail aka Abby used her spirit box in the kitchen and when she said “move” the spirit box says “move”. Something was asked and the spirit box says “yes”. We captured lots of orb activity and some of the orbs seemed to have intelligent movement. One orb moved to the right in a straight line, then went down in a straight 
line, then shot upwards and then moved in a diagonal direction. Very odd movement for a bug and definitely not dust. Dust usually settles downward. In one picture an orb shoots across Mike Ouilhon’s face. These orbs can be almost anything, but that one that moved around erratically did seem intelligent. In the kitchen, Abby captures an EVP of a female saying “Sarah”. This EVP was another Class A. Another EVP that Abby captures goes…”wmmmmmm”, then a diabolical type of laughter. Weird.
Justin captures an EVP in the basement that says “me”. The team conducted a seance in the kitchen. Not too many results during the seance and they even conducted a knocking game and no results with the knocking game either. The spirit box says “Lilly”, the name of Abby’s dog that was on this investigation. Note: Abby had her other dog at the investigation and his name is Jackson. The spirit box also says Abby’s name…”Abby”. When Justin says he is leaving the spirit box says “leaving”. Paul (Abby’s husband) captures an Class A EVP that says its name is “Owen”. Christina captures an apparition photo in the basement, it shows arms and hands extended out like Superman and a big head. Good catch Christina! Mike Ouilhon captures a very strange green orb that looks like it is hiding behind a post, shows itself and goes behind the post again. When Abby captured the “Owen” Class A EVP, the investigators actually could hear the entity with their own ears saying “Owen”. This house was very active tonight. The occupants did not want the house cleansed. The occupants are content with their entities. END OF INVESTIGATION.
Special Note: New Avalon House is very near 326 V Street. At 326 V Street there was a murder / suicide at this home. Rumor has it that at one time the occupants of this house was having ghost problems.
