Miss Universe 2018, Natalia Carvajal, looked stunning in her typical costume. She was like a morpho butterfly in the traditional fantasy costume parade. Each lady goes in a costume inspired by her country.
Natalia’s costume showed off her shapely figure. She looked confident and full of pride for her country. The wings of the butterfly were made by William Rodriguez and the corset was a creation of the late designer Daniel Moreira. Her earrings were from Ana Gutiérrez and her shoes from Daniel del Barco.
Another impressive costume was that of Miss El Salvador. She came in a suit inspired by the Flower Festival of Panchimalco. This festival happens annually in May in a town in the south of her country. Her costume included a mask and machete.
