The expansion is meant to meet the needs of customers throughout Latin America, specifically customers who are on their way to accelerating their digital transformation.
The Microsoft Executive Vice President says Costa Rica will be the most important focus in Latin America.
New employees will belong to one of two crucial units, Inside Sales or Customer Support Services. They will develop capabilities to be able to sell better and serve customers better.
The President of Costa Rica invited Microsoft executives to the Presidential House and stressed the conditions that make Costa Rica a pole of attraction for foreign investment, such as the stable economy and quality human resource.
