A man identified with the surname Cerdas Montes, 30, retained his mother and sisters. In addition, he threatened with a machete the police for about an hour in the area of Las Palmas neighborhood of the Immaculate Quepos.
As explained by Juan Castro, deputy police chief of Aguirre, the officers received the warning on the delegation to be 7:30 am Saturday.
