Just hearing the name of the restaurant La Oliva Verde has my mouth watering. It’s always been one of my favorites. Even more people will come to know it soon, as it’s expanding to new locations.
Yesterday, it opened its fourth location in Costa Rica, in the food court of Paseo de Las Flores, in Heredia. This represents an investment of $75,000. It also means a job for seven people. This location will be open every day of the week from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
The management explained that they see this as a strategic location in the province and a perfect way to expand their gastronomic philosophy, which includes using fresh food, no preservatives, artificial flavors or colors, or corn syrup.
The restaurant also offers food to keep in the refrigerator or freezer, something it started during the covid pandemic, when it had to close six locations.
The chain will open three more establishments in the Greater Metropolitan Area over the next six months.
Other chains that are expanding include Burger King and Dominos Pizza.
