Costa Rica Entertainment News – This weekend is one of my favorites on the Central Pacific coast of Costa Rica. Amazing bands bring their unique sounds to Jaco to please all those that attend Jungle Jam.
Jungle Jam is shaking Jacó from today to Sunday at Docelunas Hotel.
These four days have been well anticipated by fans as it is the fifth edition of the activity. Every genre from roots to rock will be represented.
The headlining groups performing are Thievery Corporation (tonight), Slightly Stoopid (Friday) and Morgan Heritage (Saturday). They bring mixed genres like trip-hop and reggae-rock.
The concerts begin at 6pm and will go past midnight. Tickets include shows from lesser-known groups before and after the main performances.
The pass for the whole event is $125 and nightly tickets are $60. Passes are also available for camping.
There will also be some performances available at the waterfront platform in the Blu Jacó Beach Club.
For those who can stay up all night, Bachata Rose will have even more music in the early morning hours.
