Three Red Cross rescue units, including seven crew members, promptly sprung into action to save three adults caught in the turbulent waters. One of the victims, critically injured, was transported via a Red Cross ambulance to the San Rafael Clinic. The tragedy unfolded at approximately 2:47 p.m., and the search extended well into the night for a fourth individual, a ten-year-old child who is yet to be located.
