Greece’s soccer team, Olympiacos, is interested in signing Keylor Navas. If added to this championship team, he would again play alongside Marcelo and James Rodriguez. They all played for Real Madrid at the same time.
Navas is currently with PSG but as a second goalkeeper. Coach Christophe Galtier chose Gianluigi Donnarumma to be the starting goalkeeper and doesn’t really need to keep a second one on the team.
Navas hasn’t played even once this season so it makes sense to be open to other options, however, most European transfer markets closed on September 1. Greece isn’t his only option, but it’s a good one, and options are limited.
A switch to Olympiacos would represent Navas’ fifth team in Europe. The Tico has played for Albacete, Lavante, Real Madrid and PSG over 14 years. He’s a great addition to any team he joins.
