Catherine DeFazio gave me permission to go ahead and write the story about this case. She wants to make it clear that she does not live in this house and is only trying to help her ex-boyfriend in his paranormal crisis.
On this day 10/2/2022, I received a call from Catherine DeFazio Case # 91B6821S3N237. Catherine has studied parapsychology and is a psychic reader. Catherine says that at her ex-boyfriend’s house, dogs and puppies will mysteriously fall ill and die, one puppy had his head mysteriously crushed. A wall of this house caught fire, possibly caused by a poltergeist. A nail gun was picked up by an invisible force and thrown across the room. Security cameras capture demonic faces and orb activity. One demonic face was red in color, as seen in this photo:
The wall that caught on fire by the Fruitridge Poltergeist, can be seen here:
The reason why I call this poltergeist the Fruitridge Poltergeist is that the home is located in the Fruitridge area of Sacramento. The Red-Faced Demon is explanatory. As for the photo of the red-faced demon, could this just be a case of pareidolia, or was there really a red-faced demon looking at the camera, while the puppy was being held? Catherine does not want to give her ex-boyfriend her thoughts on the matter, she feels it is a conflict of interest and would like my opinion on the photos. The photos are interesting, but I need to be physically at this home on Fruitridge to see if I can either explain the activity as something natural or to discover if there really is paranormal activity going on in this home. I anxiously await for Catherine’s ex-boyfriend to call me and set things up for an investigation and cleansing.
The Red-Faced Demon is interesting, because when my wife Deanna and I, went to Guatemala and El Salvador we went to a restaurant in El Salvador that was being haunted by a demonic force. Kitchen utensils were sometimes thrown on the floor, a kitchen knife was thrown at a waiter. Thumping noises were heard on the walls of the restaurant. I was told that the previous owner had committed suicide by hanging and that he still haunts the restaurant and that he also brought a demon with him. The waitress showed us a photo of a red-faced demon on a kitchen apron. The red-faced demon’s face was very distinct and it appeared it was created by tomato sauce. I asked to see the apron and the waitress said that the apron mysteriously caught fire and was destroyed.
As for the Fruitridge Poltergeist causing one wall to catch on fire is not unheard of. Here are 3 cases in which a poltergeist may have caused a fire.
Location: Battersea – London. The Hitchings family was terrorized for a period of 4 months. There was an outbreak of fires throughout their house. They heard tapping and thumping noises on the walls. They felt ghostly fingers tugging on their clothing. A disturbing aspect of this haunting is that the poltergeist was focused on their 15-year-old daughter Shirley. Terrible things happened to Shirley. Shirley’s bed mysteriously caught on fire. The poltergeist dropped clothes on an electric cooker and turned on the cooker. The interesting thing is that the cooker had no immediate power, but somehow it was turned on and working again. They named the poltergeist “Donald”. Donald stalked Shirley and would follow her to work and scare her co-workers.
The residents of the village of Yenakievo in the Ukraine became frightened of a young boy, identified only as Sasha K. Strange phenomena had begun occurring around him, including several spontaneous fires, exploding lightbulbs, and even a refrigerator turning itself upside-down. This poltergeist was nicknamed the Saska K Poltergeist. When my half-brother Andrew Somprise Soyo visited the Ukraine, he heard about this story from Daryna, a lady he was dating. Daryna told Andy that when she was 14 years old she had her own poltergeist. Daryna’s mother was terrorized by Daryna’s poltergeist, because once it slapped Daryna’s mother in the face. Another time it threw a broom at her. Daryna’s mother was terrorized for 6 months and then everything stopped and went back to normal.
Long-time residents of Tarpon Springs—believed to be in one of the most haunted places of Florida—claimed every year that when the wind came from the south, fires would start in the same wooded area. Fires, they claimed, set by a poltergeist. In 1952, the “ghost fire” destroyed 2,000 acres of woodland between the community and the Gulf of Mexico, and hundreds of citizens joined fire-fighting volunteers to prevent the blaze from destroying their homes. Fire investigators preferred to place the blame on an arsonist, though no evidence was ever found, and the fire’s origin remains a mystery. When I worked for the California Division of Forestry in 1977 as a firefighter, I heard a few stories in which the locals believed a ghost had caused certain fires. So, I was not surprised to learn about the Tarpon Springs Fire Poltergeist.
Catherine DeFazio says:
I feel like there’s five entities haunting my ex-boyfriend’s house. The red-faced demon in the photo is being directed by two elderly females. I feel like the burn thing on the wall is a warning saying something is about to happen within 16 months and it will be deadly.
I feel like the nail gun was a sign of strength shown by the ghost. I’ve never told anyone this. I have never stepped foot in this house. I refused. A spirit stops me at the door, and I listen and obey.
Special Note:
Poltergeist activity is usually caused by a child going through puberty. That child exerts a strong amount of energy that can cause cabinets to open and close, strange knocking sounds and all types of other malicious activity. Poltergeist basically means a noisy spirit.
THIS CASE IS A WORK IN PROGRESS.
