Costa Rica Travel – Operations are back to normal at the Juan Santamaria International Airport in San Jose after volcanic ash from the Turrialba volcano triggered the temporary closure of the San Jose airport.
Yesterday, Delta offered customers traveling to and from San Jose, Costa Rica, a waiver for change fees on Sept. 20-21 for travel booked by Sept. 26.
