Ghosts & the Supernatural – Many government organizations get involved with the UFO phenomenon. Here are just a few, the DEA (Drug Enforcement Agency); US Coast Guard; RCMP (Royal Canadian Mounted Police) and the Merchant Marines.
Let’s check out our first story that focuses on the US Coast Guard:
A witness who served in the US Coast Guard, who doesn’t want his identity publicly revealed tells a fascinating UFO event to a MUFON investigator.
The US Coast Guard officer recalls someone yelling: “Come on deck, there is a UFO!” The UFO had bright lights that kept changing colors. The UFO seemed to be observing the US Coast Guard vessel. The UFO would purposely get close to the US Coast Guard vessel and just hover. The men on the US Coast Guard boat could see portholes and watched the object rotate as the lights would change colors. All of a sudden the object climbed high in attitude in a matter of a split second and appeared very miniscule in size.
The UFO appeared to show off its speed, by accelerating across the sky in a micro-second and make sharp right angle turns that would turn any human pilot into mush from the G-Force.
On that night, there were 140 men aboard the Spencer (our vessel) and many of the crew men witnessed this UFO. We were in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean when we saw this UFO. A report was sent to Washington D.C., but I heard nothing more about this report. Photos were taken of the UFO, but they have now some how mysteriously disappeared.
When we were relieved from Ocean Station Duty, we headed back to Governor’s Island, to Yankee Pier, our homeport. As we were docking, we came across a lot of M.I.B. (Men in Black). We were granted liberty for 72 hours, but could not leave the ship. We were interrogated by the M.I.B. for hours. We signed an affidavit, stating we saw nothing and were warned not to mention this to anyone or we would vanish. We were forbidden to talk with the media and if we did, we would be immediately arrested and incarcerated by the Government. I learned later that all photos were confiscated.
During my days with OPFOR (Opposing Forces – US Army), I had to train many elite forces from the US Army’s Special Forces to the Air Force Special Operations to the Navy Seals to the US Coast Guard. I taught these elite forces, the Soviet Threat. Who is the US Coast Guard? Look below:
The United States Coast Guard (USCG) is a branch of the United States Armed Forces and one of the seven U.S. uniformed services. The Coast Guard is a maritime, military, multi-mission service unique among the U.S. military branches for having a maritime law enforcement mission (with jurisdiction in both domestic and international waters) and a federal regulatory agency mission as part of its mission set. It operates under the Department of Homeland Security during peacetime, and can be transferred to the Department of the Navy by the President at any time or by Congress during time of war.
Founded by Alexander Hamilton as the Revenue Marine first, and later as the Revenue Cutter Service on 4 August 1790, it is the United States’ oldest continuous seagoing service. Treasury Secretary Alexander Hamilton headed the USRCS, and the branch was involved in every war from 1790 to World War 1. As of August 2009 the Coast Guard had approximately 42,000 men and women on active duty, 7,500 reservists, 30,000 auxiliarists, and 7,700 full-time civilian employees.
A friend that I have that served with the US Coast Guard and he tells me that when they were working with the DEA (Drug Enforcement Administration) they were chasing a speed boat carrying large amounts of cocaine over Venezuelan waters. Some of the DEA agents and some of the crew men of the US Coast Guard witnessed a globe shaped UFO hover over the speed boat. In the speed boat were two men from the Medellin Cartel and from the hovering globe shaped UFO a beam was shot down from the UFO to the boat and one of the cartel men simply vanished. All reports of this incident was destroyed, all photos confiscated and M.I.B. type of men interrogated the DEA special agents and the crew men from the US Coast Guard. This incident happened in 1993. My former US Coast Guard informant tells me that many things are kept in the dark and suppressed by the Government.

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) is a federal law enforcement agency under the United States Department of Justice, tasked with combating drug smuggling and use within the United States. Not only is the DEA the lead agency for domestic enforcement of the Controlled Substances Act, sharing concurrent jurisdiction with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), it also has sole responsibility for coordinating and pursuing U.S. drug investigations abroad.
Smuggling on the sea is one of the three main ways that criminal groups traffic drugs. It is also one of the oldest. Chinese immigrants became the first known drug smugglers when they began smuggling opium in merchant cargoes and baggage. Since then, drug smuggling by maritime routes has grown in size, scope and sophistication. It is estimated that over nine million shipping containers arrive on large cargo ships each year and another 157,000 arrive on smaller vessels in many coastal towns across the U.S. These criminal groups smuggle cocaine, heroin, methamphetamine, amphetamine and marijuana.
Drug Trade Continues
DEA continues to patrol the waters in partnership with the U.S. Coast Guard and the military. To the right features images from recent history of DEA continuing to track and capture drug smugglers and the illegal drugs. DEA will continue to seek and destroy the drug trade until it is abolished.
Now, let’s visit our neighboring Northern friends in Canada:
ROYAL CANADIAN MOUNTED POLICE AND TWO USOS.
The Shag Harbour UFO incident is an astonishing tale. People in Canada watched as a UFO streaked through the night skies, moving in such a way, showing signs of intelligence. This UFO wobbled a bit and came crashing into the deep waters of Shag Harbour. Shag Harbour is a small fishing village in the Province of Nova Scotia. This incident occurred on October 4, 1967.
There were many witnesses to this event and every one of these witnesses has an incredible story to tell of this event. One witness says: The USO (Unidentified Submerged Object) remained in the waters for a considerable long time. Finally another UFO appeared and submerged into the deep waters to assist the USO that was disabled in the waters. Note: When UFOs are submerged in water, they are referred to as USOs and when they are in our atmosphere, they are UFOs.
Many agencies got involved with the investigation, including the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP), Canadian Coast Guard, Royal Canadian Navy and the Royal Canadian Air Force. While these Canadian agencies got involved with this investigation, the United States US Army Intelligence was keeping a watchful eye. Our government probably realized that Canada is experiencing their own Roswell.
A major cover up ensued. The RCMP, along with all of the above mentioned agencies conducted underwater searches to locate the 2 submerged USOs. The Government of Canada declared that no known aircraft was involved and the source of the impact remains unknown to this day. It is one of very few cases where government agency documents have formally declared that UFOs were involved. Many people that were interviewed, including a RCN diver involved in the search, have claimed an alien spacecraft was responsible. Since US Army Intelligence have already perfected crashed UFO retrieval from their days of Roswell, Canada finally allowed the United States armed forces to get involved with the search. The U.S. Condon Committee even got involved and gave no reasonable explanation.
Royal Canadian Mounted Policeman Franklin Jacques who has a friend in the Royal Canadian Air Force learned that US Army Intelligence and the Royal Canadian Air Force were in direct communication with the occupants of the USOs from a Royal Canadian Navy ship. Franklin makes claim that the occupants of the USOs were from the star system Zeti Reticuli. The occupants of the USOs were conducting surveillance on a super secret submarine detection base near Shag Harbour. Note: It appears that many UFOs conduct surveillance at nuclear facility sites or any secretive military complexes. A good example of that is the Lawrence Livermore Labs where they experiment on super laser technology. The Canadian government and the US government were not able to detain the USOs, but it appears a high ranking US Army Intelligence Officer was aware of the purpose of the USO’s occupants and knew immediately from whence they came, that being Zeti Reticuli.
Before Franklin learned the true facts of this case, he states that during the time the incident occurred, RCMP did traffic checks with the Rescue Coordination Center in Halifac and NORAD radar base in Baccaro, Novia Scotia. Rescue Coordination Center knew something fell into the sea, but declared it as unknown.
The HMCS Granby investigated Shag Harbour after the USOs took off and with their extensive investigation, were not able to reveal if the USOs were truly extraterrestrial, or they were simply not telling. There is also one other mystery, it has been reported that a Russian submarine was also in the area, during the time the two USOs were deep in the sea of Shag Harbour. What was that Russian submarine doing there, unless somehow the Russians learned of the downed USO, being assisted by another USO. If Franklin’s story is correct, then it would appear that our government, along with other foreign governments are very much aware of what the UFO mystery is all about.
U.S. MERCHANT MARINE WITNESSES UFO!

Joe even attended Bruce Lee’s funeral in Seattle, WA. Joe was also a Merchant Marine at one time and served in the US Army’s 101st Airborne Division. Jose once told me that while serving with the Merchant Marines in the South Pacific, he and some other crewmen witnessed seeing a USO (Unidentified Submerged Object) rise from the water and zip away into the night skies, it was a blue glowing disc.
