Costa Rica Entertainment – The National Theater celebrates the 120th anniversary with the work “Battlefield.”
The play is based on the most famous epic poem in India, the Mahabharata. It will certainly make an unforgettable episode at the theater.
The stage will be directed by Peter Brook, an acclaimed contemporary director and his colleague Marie-Hélène Estienne.
The work bares the complexities of the human being and constitutes a reflection on the aftermath of war and the pain caused on both sides.
The show will have two functions open to the public, on October 18th and 19th. A third presentation will be exclusively for students from public and private schools throughout the country.

The prices of the tickets are: ¢8,000, ¢10,000, ¢12,000 and ¢15,000, depending on the location.
