Costa Rica News – I would like share with you the story of Mitchel Castellanos, a Colombian living in Costa Rica and a Uber driver, who unwittingly has become popular on the social media for his honesty, demonstrating that there are still good people in the country and the world.
Last monday, the Andres Parra family held a party. Everything was perfect with the evening that included good food, happiness and love.
Until the a niece received a call on her cell phone from an unknown number. It was Michel, the young man who had just driven her to the family party.
“Señorita (Miss) you left your laptop in my car. May I know where you are so that I can personally return it to you?,” wrote the niece on her Facebook page, who emphasized that driver did not ask for anything in return, did not even suggest a reward would be in order.
“He handed me the computer, left with some food and small reward he reluctantly accepted. Faith in humanity has been restored. Thanks Mitchel,” says the post that has seen more than 70,000 times.
