Costa Rica News – Costa Rica is launching a campaign with a new image for tourism. The ICT says this program will reach 421 million homes and hotel rooms.
This new campaign promotes the destination as one with authenticity, nature and adventure.
It’s called “Costa Rica: My Choice, Naturally.” The ICT teamed up on this one with the World Tourism Organization and CNN International. The campaign carries an investment of $1.8 million.
It seeks to add the idea of an authentic travel experience to the already popular ideas of nature and adventure vacations.
It’s an inspiring message that will sit well with potential visitors.
It’s the first time Costa Rica will have a campaign in Europe. It will also reach Mexico, the US and Canada.
It includes music, filming, adaptations for social networks, graphic and printed materials, and a monthly report about the country on digital CNN.
