Costa Rica News & Events – There is going to be an Expo of Construction and Housing from the 17th to 21st of February in the Pedregal Events center of San Antonio de Belen. Houses from $45,000 to $1 million will be offered at this years´ event.
The Costa Rican Chamber of Construction is in charge of this event, which will be the 18th edition. 210 companies, 78 developers and several financial institutions will participate in the activity.
The event will include 628 booths. Anyone looking to buy a home could not find a better way to search for one. Plus, the event is free if you go on the first day.
The next two days cost ¢1.000 and the weekend days ¢2.000. Parking is available for ¢3.000.
45,000 visitors are expected to take advantage of this activity. Banks and other organizations are prepared to offer competitive rates for loans and other credit needs that those in search of homes may have.
Mortgages will be available both in colones and dollars.
