260 representatives from China will be in Costa Rica, this week. The Ministry of External Trade in Costa Rica announced, on Friday, that there will be a meeting held on November 26-27th.
This meeting will be a part of the 7th China-Latin America and the Caribbean Business Summit and will bring together officials from both regions to have discussions in San Jose, Costa Rica.
Municipal and provincial officials from China and Latin America will discuss issues such as public-private cooperation in terms of making their cities competitive, the impact climate change is having in their regions, and sustainability.
There will be 850 reps for Latin America, in addition to the 260 from China.
The summit is co-sponsored by the Inter-American Development Bank and the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade.
