Costa Rica News – For all of those looking to harness their Zen this weekend, if your time is consumed by office and accelerated pace of life, this weekend the National Culture Center (CENAC) offers an opportunity to relax at the Fifth National Yoga Festival.
Vegetarian food stalls, meditation classes, art activities, concerts and selling healthy products will be part of the repertoire of options that you can enjoy during the event.
“The activities will take place this Saturday and Sunday at 9 am and impart classes until 5 pm for seniors, children, pregnant women and for all those who wish to know the physical benefits that yoga brings,” said spokeswoman event, Iliana Cabañas.
During this fifth edition, the festival will offer the first class for the blind and deaf.
“Since the festival is named Yoga for All want to make it a truly all inclusive event,” said Camping.
Hormonal balance, peace of mind and an improvement in breathing are items the fifty teachers want to bring out in the lessons during this weekend.
The festival is organized in the framework of “World Peace Day” to be held on 21 September. The entrance fee of ¢ 3,000 for those attending a single day and ¢ 4,000 for those who are part of the festival over the two days.The cost for seniors and children will be of ¢ 1,000.

Offering this type of classes is a great idea! As a Yoga instructor I believe hormonal balance, peace of mind and an improvement in breathing are very important.
