Costa Rica News – Over the past couple of weeks Costa Ricans have been enjoying their holidays tradition of the Zapote festival and bullfights. This brings people from all over the country and world to watch as people play chicken with animals that are not meant to be screwed with.
A woman’s run-in with one of these bulls sent her flying into the spectator’s stands the Zapote Fiestas in Costa Rica.
I guess the free tickets for any amateur “bullfighter” was too much to resist.
A spectator captured video of woman being thrown into the stands at the Zapote Festival in Costa Rica.
In the video, you can see the bull focus his attention directly on the woman, charge and use its horns to throw her into the crowd.
The woman did survive the encounter with the animal and later said she was scared out of her mind but able to laugh about it now that she is out of the situation.
