Costa Rica News – Qualy TV, an Albavision Group company, has introduced its new pay-TV service in Costa Rica. The service will be supported on the Media Networks Direct-to-Home (DTH) platform, and the initial offering will include a family package of 53 SD signals and four premium movie bundles.
“We feel pleased to continue boosting the development of Qualy TV’s pay television operation. This new endeavor in Central America consolidates Media Networks’ leadership as the main wholesale DTH supplier in Latin America,” said Oscar Castillo, Media Networks’ commercial manager for Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean.
The addition of Qualy TV bundles in Costa Rica is a part of Albavision’s plan to expand its services to Nicaragua, Honduras, El Salvador and the Dominican Republic. The company has already launched jointly with Media Networks in Guatemala.
