Costa Rica News – Well it seems that some companies that have entities in Costa Rica are considered valuable. Accenture one of the largest consulting firms in the USA has acquired a company that was a portion of it in Heredia.
U.S. marketing firm, Accenture, bought the firm avVenta specialized in providing digital production services for recognized medical brands, fast food, automotive and supermarket chains.
“The acquisition, which closed today, reinforces the wide range of marketing services that Accenture offers marketing executives (CMO), since the development of the marketing strategy to managing marketing systems and campaigns,” the U.S. firm, avVenta in a statement on its website online .
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
AvVenta is one of seven of entertainment and media companies that have headquarters in Costa Rica.
With over 600 employees, avVenta is headquartered New York, United States.
In 2005, they opened a digital production headquarters in Heredia (Costa Rica), doing promotional campaigns for brands such as General Motors, Jeep, Duracell, AT & T, Home Depot, Sony, Apple, Microsoft and Yahoo!, and other clients throughout U.S. and Europe.
Meanwhile, Accenture company specializes in marketing services, such as development and strategic planning, market analysis, management of customer experience, design new products and services launch.
