Costa Rica Real Estate – Grupo Inmobiliario is investing $80 million in a housing project in La Sabana.
The company is best known for the development of Bambú Eco Urbano apartments.
Presale for homes in the new Núcleo Sabana will start this year.
The mega project will include several custom buildings that are made into small smart sustainable cities. The concept includes providing integral services within the housing complexes.
Each tower will have low consumption taps, solar thermal panels for water heating, LED lighting and recycling centers on each floor. The design is bioclimatic, making the most of natural light and ventilation.
These innovative buildings will be near the La Sabana Park, where one can find artistic and cultural events, shopping plazas, concerts, sporting events, gardens, recreation and nature.
