Costa Rica News & Events – Are you ready to watch some incredible martial arts in Costa Rica? This will be your chance as the 10th Pan American Wushu Championships comes to Costa Rica.
The 10th Pan American Wushu Championships is sponsored by the Pan American Wushu Federation (PAWF) and organized by Federacion Wushu Kung Fu de Costa Rica. The championships will take place in San Jose, Costa Rica from August 31 to September 08, 2014, with the competition days from Spetember 5 to 7. The 23 member-nation PAWF will send athletes to participate in this event and compete for various official Pan American championship titles.
The 10th Pan American Wushu Championships [PAWC2014] is organized by the Arts Center East, and assistance from the International Institute ON of Martial Arts Traditional Chinese, Wushu Sports Association, Sports Association Kung Fu, Wushu Kung Fu Federation and with the support of the Costa Rican Institute of Sport, the Ministry of Sports, Ministry of Culture and Youth, the approval of the Presidency of the Republic, the permission and sponsorship of the Pan American Wushu Federation – PAWF, of the International Wushu Federation [IWUF].
