Costa Rica News – As we approach the Christmas holidays and the official start of high season, when the tourists start flocking to the beaches in Costa Rica, Playa Jaco (Jaco Beach) wants to make sure they provide a clean beach to those tourists.
This is more than just a beach clean up it is an event to support a united community in the Jaco area.
The Chamber of Commerce Central Pacific and the Municipality are seeking volunteers for their Christmas beach cleanup.
The fun event will take place this Wednesday, December 19th, beginning at 8:00 a.m. sharp, so don’t be late (in other words no Tico Time).
The beach clean up will start beachfront by El Bohio Restaurant, Calle Bohio.
Thanks to their corporate sponsors the Chamber will have the supplies needed for the cleanup and all you need to bring are the laughs!
They welcome everyone and ask for those who have teams to bring them along as well.
