Melissa Durán, well known multimedia presenter, found a new path during the covid pandemic. The ambitious business woman, while continuing to work for Multimedios, runs both a virtual and a physical store.
Her adventure began by opening a virtual store to sell clothing but she found that many clients wanted to try on the items so she ventured out to open a physical location in Heredia.
The virtual mall for women can be found at unika.cr and there are over 20,000 products available. The store she opened is located in Plaza Vía, in San Pablo de Heredia. It’s open from 10:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.
She starts her day super early, when it’s still dark. She wakes up at 3:50 a.m. and doesn’t end her work day until 7 p.m. She avoids taking work home with her so that she can spend the evenings with her family.
