INA is one of the main instruments in the National Development Plan. It prepares people for employment with job specific courses. This is to bridge the gap between the jobs being generated and the profile of those seeking work.
The Ministry of Labor and System of Banking for Development will also be involved in training, especially in English. Rural high schools and technical colleges are part of the plan as well.
