Costa Rica Entertainment – Electronic music, tropical Latin sounds, hip hop, reggae, jazz and rock, will take place this week with several concerts at the main installations of Universidad Nacional in Heredia.
The Semana Universitaria is organized by the student association that will bring several national bands and one from Panama, “Señor Loop,” that will play Friday night for the festival’s closure.
Today, bands such as Tango India and Kadeho will take center stage.
Tomorrow people will be able to enjoy music from Son Mayor, Orquesta 506 and others.
Wednesday will be a Hip Hop and Reggae night and electronic music will take place on Thursday with performers such as Zurdo and Marcodelix.
Rock, Funk and Reggae will close the festival on Friday.
All the concerts will be free of charge so everyone can have access and enjoy the culture and sound of Costa Rica.
The music will start everyday at 4 pm except for Friday that will start at 3 pm and will keep going until around 10 pm.
