Costa Rica Entertainment – Costa Rica’s famed actress, Ana Poltroniere, passed away on Thursday, at age 86.
She will always be remembered as a person dedicated to acting, theatre, teaching and spending time with loved ones.
Her works are great examples of excellence that are studied to this day by acting students. Her acting was matched by her beautiful looks and voice. She was acclaimed throughout the world, as she worked as far away as in Spain.
Friends and family are happy that she is now in a better place, in peace and without suffering. Recently she had been suffering with memory loss and having trouble recognizing loved ones.
The wake will be held in the National Theatre to accommodate all those who want to pay their respects.
Then the funeral will be at 2 pm in the church in the neighborhood of Don Bosco.
