Costa Rica Entertainment – The biggest yoga party is going on right now and all weekend.
This Seventh National Festival of Yoga for All is being held at the National Centre of Culture (Cenac) in San Jose.
This ancient practice has lasted until today because it brings balance to both the mind and body.
Yoga practitioners say that the practice helps them live better, happier and more spiritual lives.
This event will serve to help yoga lovers meet and socialize. It will foster the exchange of ideas and tips. It is an ideal harmonious atmosphere that has been created there.
From the moment you walk in you will feel it.
The classes are free and open to the public. You don’t need to be experienced to participate. They will also offer lectures and workshops on wellness for kids and adults.
Funds made on the sale of products and meals will be invested in the National Children’s Hospital and various yoga schools.
Festival Nacional de Yoga takes place until Sunday in downtown San José.
