Costa Rica News – Starting on Wednesday April 24th is Expoconstrucción 2013 in Costa Rica. This is basically a large real estate convention, where you can find information about real estate projects, financing and much more.
At the convention you will find more than 600 companies and more than 200 housing projects. They will present the latest trends decoration field, developments in machinery and equipment and options in financing.
There will be 12 banks on site offering visitors the best financing options with interest rates and favorable terms to buy, fix, and even build your house, in dollars and colones.
The 2013 Expoconstrucción will take place between Wednesday, April 24th, and Sunday, April 28th at the Pedregal Events Center in San Antonio de Belen.
The expo hours on the 24th will be from 4 pm to 10 pm; and on Thursday the 25th and Friday the 26th from 1 pm to 10 pm. Admission is completely free from Wednesday to Friday.
On Saturday the 27th the expo will run from 10 am to 10 pm, and on Sunday from 10 am to 8 pm. Admission during the weekend will be 2,000 colones. Admission is waived for children under 12 and senior citizens.
Attendees will also be entered into a drawing for $10,000.
This is a great opportunity to see what is being offered out there in the real estate market in Costa Rica.
Remember that you still need to have a lawyer do due diligence on the project if you are interested in one and make sure you go and visit as well.
A booth at the Expo does not mean that it is a viable project, only you can find out that after the expo is over.
